Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Postscripty, every handwritten card is crafted with care and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once printing has begun. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellations

​

Before Printing: You may cancel your order any time before the printing process starts.
 

After Approval: Once your design is approved—either explicitly by you or automatically 72 hours after proofs are sent—printing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
 

Requesting a Cancellation: Email dylan@postscripty.com immediately with your order details. Cancellations are not valid until confirmed by our team in writing. Cancellations may take place in the next billing cycle.​​

2. Returns and Refunds

 

Orders Are Final: Because each card is custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds after printing begins or once mail has been sent. We highly recommend reviewing your design thoroughly before final approval to ensure it meets your expectations.

 

No Refunds for USPS Issues: We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or loss caused by USPS or other carriers.
 

No Refunds for Client Errors: We are not liable for incorrect recipient names, addresses, or other details provided by you on the intake form or otherwise in writing (i.e. email).

3. Errors & Corrections

​

Reporting Issues: If you believe an error has occurred, notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your cards).

 

Our Responsibility: If the error is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect printing from the approved proof), we will reprint and resend at no additional cost.
 

Client Responsibility: If the error is due to incorrect information provided by you, we are not liable. In some cases, we may offer reprinting at a discounted rate, but standard fees will apply.

4. Limitation of Liability 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postscripty’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed business opportunities.
