Shipping & Ordering Policy

At Postscripty, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality handwritten direct mail campaigns promptly and with careful attention to detail. Please review this shipping and ordering policy carefully, as placing an order constitutes your agreement to the terms below.

1. Signature Campaign Cards
Shipping Date: Signature campaigns are sent monthly for a total 12x per year. These are usually mailed on the 2nd of each month to ensure they reach your clients in a timely manner. Actual mailing dates may vary based on production schedules and timeliness with specific holidays or seasons. You will be updated via email with the status of your order.

Cutoff Date: Orders must be finalized by the 20th of the previous month to be included in the upcoming mail-out.
No Cancellations After Printing: Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

2. Essential Campaign Cards
Shipping Date: Essential campaigns are sent 8x per year - approximately every 45 days, or in accordance with associated seasons and holidays. These are typically mailed two to three weeks in advance of each holiday to ensure they reach your clients in a timely manner. Actual mailing dates may vary based on production schedules and timeliness with specific holidays or seasons. You will be updated via email with the status of your order.

Cutoff Date: Orders must be finalized at least four weeks prior to the holiday to ensure timely processing and delivery.

No Cancellations After Printing: Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

3. Custom Orders
Shipping Date: Custom orders follow a timeline based on proof approval. Printing and shipping will proceed once the proofs are approved. The subsequent dates will follow the appropriate campaign timeline - Signature or Essential.​ The same cut-offs and cancellations apply as #1 Signature Campaign Cards or #2 Essential Campaign Cards.

4. Proof Approval
​
72-Hour Proof: You must approve proofs within 72 hours of receipt. If no response is received, we proceed automatically to avoid delays.

No Changes After Approval: Once proofs are approved or printing begins, no changes can be made.

5. Processing Times
​​
First-Time Orders: Processing time for first-time orders is about 3-10 business days, depending on the order's complexity. Custom orders may take longer, but we always strive to be as quick as possible.

Recurring Orders: For ongoing and monthly campaigns, processing times are in accordance with the campaign schedule, contingent upon timely proof approvals.

6. Shipping and Postage
​​
Postage Included: Standard postage is included in the price of your services.
​
First Class Postage: If you would like first class postage, please contact us directly at dylan@postscripty.com. There will be a small fee to pay the difference between standard and first class postage.

Domestic Only: We ship only within the continental United States at this time. International shipping is not available.​​

7. Bulk Mailing - "I'll Mail"
​
Postscripty Mails: We send your cards directly to your clients to save you time and effort. Please note that these will be postmarked from Georgia or Florida.

"I'll Mail" / Bulk Shipping to Clients: Alternatively, we offer the option to send the cards in bulk to your home or business address, so you can send the cards from your nearby post office to receive a local postmark. Cards arrive in a shipping box, sealed and stamped and ready to mail. If you select to mail your own cards ("I'll Mail") on your intake form, we will send your cards to you in a box via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier. Shipping rates may apply to your order total. You are responsible for all mailing costs and handling after receipt.

8. Cancellations and Modifications
​
Modifications: You have 72 hours after receiving your proof to make necessary modifications, such as the card design or your clients' names and addresses. Once the proof is approved for printing, we cannot make any modifications due to the custom nature of the product.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after printing has started. Ensure all proofs are carefully reviewed and approved.

9. Service Interruptions and Delays
Holiday Periods: Holiday seasons may extend processing, printing, and shipping times. We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance.​
​
Lost or Delayed Mail: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays, mis-delivery, or loss caused by USPS or other shipping carriers. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at dylan@postscripty.com, but we may have to direct you to USPS or another shipping partner.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, postal strikes).

10. Client Responsibilities
​
Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate names, addresses, and other mailing information on your intake form. Postscripty is not liable for returned or undelivered mail due to incorrect or incomplete data.
Proof Review: You must carefully review all proofs. Approval constitutes final acceptance. Proofs are auto-approved after 72 hours.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postscripty’s total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
